Tasty Beet Recipe

This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy some fresh raw beets!

Step 1:
Mandolin or slice SUPER think 1/2-1 medium beet (wash first)

Step 2:
Mix in a bowl with a dash* (~1tsp) of sea salt and 1/2-1tsp of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
…yes I enjoy ACV on EVERYTHING :)

Step 3:
Snack on these beets by themselves, on a salad, or as a flavorful side!

*Add the as much sea salt and AVC for your desired taste (this also depends on how big your beet was)

Upgrade Your Cabbage

I can’t tell if it’s because of my apple cider vinegar obsession lately or if this recipe is genuinely as good as I believe it is — but it’s my favorite way to eat cabbage.

Super simple and quick, make it your vegetable tonight with dinner -

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 2tbsp Apple cider vinegar (I like Braggs with the “mother”)
  • 1tbsp Coconut oil
  • ~1-3tsp Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan heat coconut oil
  2. Add chopped cabbage and ACV
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Cook for 5-10mins over medium heat
  5. Enjoy

Like I said, I’m totally obsessed with apple cider vinegar and definitely think this recipe is worth trying!

Chia Seed Cinnamon Sea Salt Pudding

This is my favorite snack/treat right now! It’s crazy easy to make and provides lasting energy.

Loaded with healthy fat (chia & coconut milk), this treat is a great carbohydrate source (chia seeds), and did I mention that it tastes like pudding or ice cream?!

It tastes amazing!

1/4-1/3 cup coconut milk (look for full fat, organic, canned)
1tbsp Chia Seeds (whole seeds)
1tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sea salt
Shake, and refrigerate for 1-3hrs.

*option to store in freezer for ~15mins before consuming = ice cream!
